As part of our cost control initiatives the AFS Third Party claims service handles both motor and property related claims.

For low value property claims once liability has been determined AFS arranges for payment, as soon as possible, to minimise future final cost.

For high value claims, or those requiring the expertise of a qualified building surveyor, we work closely with one of our nominated, insurance approved business partners to agree the appropriate settlement or rectification workm

After careful evaluation, a speedy settlement will be arranged with the Third Party with payments being made usually within 7 working days.
