Where liability has been clearly established as Non-Fault and a Third Party has been identified, AFS can provide an Uninsured Loss Recovery service to recover costs not usually covered by the client’s insurance policy. This may include but not be limited to, replacement vehicle costs, recovery/storage costs and vehicle/property repairs.

In addition, compensation can also be sought for any other expenses (consequential loss) which were incurred as a result of the accident.

AFS closely monitors the progress of the payment pack with the Third Party Insurer and aims to have a settlement figure within a maximum of 60 days.
